Quite, very clean safe location

Maintenance and cleanliness:- Door and window cill at the front of property covered in verdigris. Musty smell on entering the property, carried on upstairs to a lesser degree. Air fresheners fitted but not working. Lighting issues in the seating area and kitchen (seven bulbs out of ten not working). Wrong internet instructions given. Using tv was a nightmare. Pixelated images, so many channels could only be watched on iPlayer. No instructions for cooker, microwave, and washing machine. Decorative fire did not work. Tiles in bathroom not cleaned properly, with grouting and a couple of tiles filthy black. Bathroom scales provided, but didn't work. Underneath the bed was filthy, with dust and what looked like old food. Holes in bedroom wall where a tv had obviously been, but not filled and decorated. Not even a sink plug in the kitchen.

The host Rory is very professional and we really enjoyed our stay and will book again . recommend to all who wants clean and quite place.

Really lovely little flat, very clean and well presented with everything we would need (including washing machine and kitchen utensils) located near enough to walk into Solihull or drive to Birmingham International.

Nothing to dislike.
