location and ac was good

staff stopped responding once we started to complain about the apartment. the apartment was dirty, the drains had an awful smell coming up them the toilet door was starting to break apart from being hung wrong. there was a socket hanging out of the wall aswell as the wiring holder was falling off the wall inside the door and the bed linen was dirty and the pillows had turned yellow. the staff also agreed to a refund but wouldnt actually send it.
