I truly loved the place. It is right opposite the U.N Offices. In other words it was safe. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to thank the receptionist Daniel (I think) who took excellent care of me as I checked in early in the morning. I loved the hot water set up. The shower was heavenly. The room was clean. The bed was firm. Sockets all worked :-). The location is extremely convenient to the airport. Wi-Fi was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was adequate. I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh organic fruit salad. I would definitely return. Entebbe is beautiful. I highly recommend the Botanical Gardens if you are a nature lover.

No TV in the room

Hotel room was clean and staff was very helpful. Pay at the hotel in cash when checking out. No prepayment required. Airport transfer facility is also good but needs to improve on timings for pickup from airport.

Due to over booking, Initially management want to shift to another hotel, but they managed in the end I got the the room in same hotel.
