Can't say a bad thing

The location is good, place is spacious enough for 5 people

The aircon is very noisy in room 2 and found some cockroaches in the kitchen area

Maybe closer to the mall

Bad choice of beddings, extra payment that surprised me to open another room. They're expecting a group of 5 adults and 1 kid to stay in 1 room which is ridiculous.

This place is huge! You get a whole two floors to yourself with bedrooms upstairs and the living room and kitchen downstairs. The place was maintained well enough and it was situated in a quieter part of town so the worst noise you'd get would be the occasional motorcycle whizzing by. The living room sofas were very comfy and could double as beds. The kitchen was fairly well equipped if you wanted to cook for yourself. A/C was great, which is a huge deal since Olongapo can get pretty humid. The place was also close enough to some good eating spots that were a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall great place for mid-length stay (I stayed almost two weeks). As an added bonus, if you drive a car, it was easy to park on the street right by the apartment. A few considerations to note: - The only way to get upstairs is through a flight of stairs so factor that in if you have mobility issues. - The design of the house was from an older era, so the ergonomics are made for shorter people. If you are tall (5'10+), just know your head might be touching the shower head and the kitchen sink may feel a little too low.

Honestly this place should have been an easy 9+ rating. Points were deducted for a few specific reasons- 1. The place wasn't ready when I arrived. I communicated to the host that I would be arriving at 5pm. I ended up arriving at 4:30 pm and the grounds manager was still cleaning the space. For a listing that shows 2pm as their check-in time it should just be ready from that time forward. I had to wait outside for an additional 15-20 minutes. I also feel like my showing up earlier than expected led to a few missed cleaning points below: 2. The toilet bowl of the 1st floor restroom was not properly cleaned. I consider this a hygiene issue and I had to dedicate some time cleaning it myself. 3. In the rush to finish cleaning, there were a few areas that were clearly missed and I found myself walking into cobwebs in some parts of the house. If these were addressed in future stays, this could be a solid 9 or 10 rating accommodation.

Property was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Aircon in both large bedrooms and the main area, worked very well. Internet was blazing fast (fibre)! Highly recommend staying here.

The water pressure in the downstairs shower made it impossible to shower but I enjoyed using the Tabo instead, so it wasn’t a problem. The parking is just on street parking but also, that’s ok, the road is a no through road so it’s quiet.
