Oceanfront Villa 2(103) - Boardwalk oceanfront

The unit is huge and offered plenty of space and privacy for our group of 8. Location is perfect if you like the boardwalk. Elevator and designated parking were also great.

No complaints about the unit except the shower pressure in the master bath is very low. Other than that a new vacuum is needed and a broom would have been good. Despite rinsing off from the beach we had no way to clean up any sand that was tracked in.

Check in was confusing there was no one on premises

We loved the LARGE, open floor plan. Dishes and kitchen appliances were provided. The location was perfect. Ample storage. It was very comfortable, the AC units worked so well, and you could control each induction.

Fixtures and amenities within the kitchen and bedrooms were broken— ice maker, kitchen faucet, kitchen chairs, bunk bed ladder, dresser drawers. The cleanliness of the apartment could also use some work. The bathrooms were gross—hair still left in the showers, the carpets in the bathrooms were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been washed (possibly ever), and there were ants all over the kitchen counters. The shower in the master bedroom didn’t stop dripping water, so at night that’s all you could hear.

Very dated. Not very clean. Uncomfortable beds. Horrible water pressure in master shower and doors that got stuck. Lack of televisions in bedrooms. Walls are super thin. Sketchy elevator. Too many small cons to list.

Would have like to known to bring blankets for all the beds. Only had sheets. Also need to bring hand soap, more toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge and extra trash bags. I was not aware the need of these items. I suggest a list of what is needed or what is/not provided. Also the twin bed in the yellow room seems to be broken/uneven to where you would just roll up it off the bed… not sleep able. Also it could have need cleaned better counters had black marks, floors had big dirty areas, base boards have a lot of dust on top. Patio needs a good heavy cleaning floor was black.
