L’emplacement était très correct. La villa était spacieuse avec une bonne literie, une salle de bain moderne, une cuisine moderne. Très belle terrasse ensoleillée avec une belle vue sur la mer avec un jacuzzi moderne et très confortable, ce qui est un gros plus.

Aucun accueil à l’arrivée, livré à nous même avec une boîte à clé. Contact téléphonique satisfaisant. La villa est vraiment très jolie et relativement bien situé mais beaucoup trop de détail suite à un manque de présence du propriétaire ou de l’agence gestionnaire. Juste quelques détails qui donne une mauvaise image: Plaques chauffante électrique défectueuse, déjà signalé depuis plusieurs mois. Barres à rideaux mal fixés et posées sans goût. Un volet roulant défectueux déjà signalé. Vaisselle ne correspond pas à 6 personnes: 5 grande et petite assiettes, très peu de verres à eau dépareillées. Pas de lave-vaisselle. Beaucoup trop de détails négatifs pour une si belle villa de luxe. Gros manque de suivie de l’investisseur.
