I like that the place is clean with all that you could need from; an ironing board, a proper working iron, a fan, bar fridge etc.

The noise. My room was by the road, I could here the noise from outside. The floor is wooden, I was disturbed by people walking on the upper floor. They however promised to work on soundproofing.
