Belle maison ancienne, très bien placée, personnel serviable.

Un peu sombre, chambres exiguës, une seule salle de bains dans une des 3 chambres que nous avons occupées. Odeur désagréable provenant du lavabo.

It's a very nice place, the Javanese pendopo is lovely, the location is good and the staff very attentive, but be aware that no English is spoken if you do require it. I was the only guest which felt a little lonely, but Solo isn't Jogja and there are far fewer tourists here. If you do go, make sure to ask them to put you in touch with local guide Wayhu. He is an excellent and generous guide to Solo and the surrounding regions (Mt Lawu especially), I can't recommend him highly enough.

The ambience, the cleanliness of the whole building (not only at the bedroom), Mas Pur was very helpful and polite. Definitely a work of art.

Great owner/ staff.

No access to tea/coffee or drinking water. Breakfast was limited - day 1 fried chicken and rice steamed and day 2 fruit 😃, fried egg and fried rice. Both days just a cup of tea. Bathroom leaks badly during rain, this was however mostly cleaned by staff. There is no safe and staff accessed room frequently while we were out.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful setting in a traditional guesthouse, convenient location for seeing the sights, comfortable bed, quiet at night, and great breakfast. Highly recommended!

The inn is very interesting, considering that the house has been established since 1835. The building is still very good & well maintained. By staying here, my family and friends can feel how to live in an old house. The owners are very friendly, happy to help, provide recommendations for shopping, local restaurants that are very good. And the staff is always ready to help.

So far our stay was comfortable and we were feeling at home

The staffs were so friendly and very helpful. The best hospitality you can find in Solo. The accommodation itself was authentic javanese and really amazing. It’s located in a best part of town where you can find a lot of street foods and also the central Batik Kauman. Highly recommended. We all are very satisfied. For sure coming back!
