San Luigi Apartment 2.0

Location ok with free parking, safe area.

I suggest that the owner needs to take his property more seriously if he wants to offer the service he is advertising and the customer is expecting when paying a considerable amount to stay with their family. The property advertises an air conditioning but no proper air conditioning unit is fitted. Only a small portable unit and a fan are available. This small unit after a few minutes overheats and sends warm air inside the room. The pipe was also not connected to the hole in the wall and it was sending hot air inside the room as well. Since it is an apartment at an attic, it was like a hot box, with the walls and ceiling being quit warm almost hot. I understand that it was hot in Turin these days but the lack of a proper air conditioning unit made this apartment unbearable. Temperatures in the flat were 36.6 when we arrived around 4pm and fell to 31.2 around 7am in the morning. Insect protectors were missing from the windows on the ceiling and those 2 in the balcony doors were not closing properly. The result was that there were mosquitos in the flat and we suffered with bites almost all night. Ants were in big numbers in the kitchen floor and also at some point in the bathroom as well. Friendly advice to the owner because we had good communication all the way through: you need to make some serious adjustments if you want to offer the service people expect. As you can see other people complain about the heat in the flat, mosquitos and ants. So until you sort these things out, I wouldn't recommend your flat to my friends to stay in beautiful Turin. Unfortunately, I don't like giving negative reviews as I understand the difficulty in providing a good service, but in this case I have no other choice I'm afraid.

Super cosy and friendly hotel that we highly recommend!!! Everything was like at home! Thanks for that room and warm time :)
