GBThe location of the property was good for us being close to the station. It was clean and the bathroom and appliances were great( although the T.V is very old!) I felt safe at the property as the external gate locks.
Nothing much ! It’s a longish walk into the city and situated on a busy road - we knew this but maybe it’ll be helpful for others. It was perfect for our needs - accessing the station for day trips .

GBROIt was a lovely place to stay. Indoor was cool, which offered a reprieve from the heat. The apartment was clean, and the host was very helpful.
Traffic noise and church bells. There was no soap holder that could help one protect the furniture and make it easier to use.
GRThe apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities. It was beautifully decorated and quite clean. The bed was also quite satisfactory. The check-in was easy and without any issues.
A small issue that arose due to a power outage was not handled with the appropriate attention and promptness by the emergency contact number provided for such situations. It was eventually resolved, but I believe it was settled more promptly thanks to the involvement of Booking. A friendly suggestion to the apartment manager: when a problem arises that the guest cannot resolve, it’s important to respond promptly and effectively, rather than asking repetitive questions that only add confusion and worsen the situation. Additionally, having a good command of English is essential in order to communicate clearly with international guests.
