Beautiful place, very good location near the historic center and bus stop (15 minutes by car to Gabicce Mare or Cattolica beaches). Parking on site was a bonus. Fabiola is a very nice and helpful host, she allowed us earlier check-in, we could leave a few things in her fridge, she brought us fruit to the room. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful place, excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Also charming host who makes good breakfast. If I'm back in Gradara, I'll be back here!

Few minor things like no reading light in room and no soap in bathroom, which the host promised to fix soon (renovation just finished).
