"Visit fine , accommodation not to standard advertised"

Overall the property was ok but not as advertised

The bed in front was very uncomfortable i had to put the mattress on floor but still not good sleep Bed small and soft The oven tray unwashed with oil

When we had difficulty with getting into and out of the property the owner was quick to respond.

On arrival it was very difficult to get into the property due to the key not working. Once inside we could not reopen the front door to get out. The owner had to call out a tradesperson to dismantle lock on the door and we had to move to another property which fortunately was in the same road and vacant. What would have happened if this had not been available? After a long journey this was a particularly stressful experience. The property we were moved to was adequate but not good value for the money we paid! Note: I am writing this on behalf of my partner and her friend as I did not stay.

It’s really comfortable Cozy house. Clean, have everything what a family needs when they are travelling.

I thought it was a flat. That’s why I booked in, in the first place. I didn’t like the idea of staying in a house where kids can be playing downstairs and me and wife relaxing upstairs or other way round. What is normal in a family house . I wanted to stay in a flat for holiday where we can be close to each other as much as possible.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Owner was very attentive, pleasant and helpful. Parking was outside the door for us but we did see this busy at times. Kitchen was compact but had everything clean and to hand. House was always nice and warm with bath and shower to suit everybody
