Very good position, just a short walk to the beach

Complete indifference from the staff. No help at all with any questions. They don’t take payment with a credit card, had to go chasing around looking for a place to change our money.

The location

“Don’t book this place! be careful! It’s a scam! The place doesn’t look like this at all, and there is no connection between the photos they posted and reality. When I arrived, the first thing you notice is how dirty and poorly maintained the hotel is. It is completely empty, with almost no guests. After that, the receptionist led me to my room. I showed her my room and told her she must have made a mistake. In response, she said she was sorry, but that room no longer exists, and that the photos are from 10 years ago. I told her they were lying to customers, and she told me she knew and that she was sorry. I told her she had to compensate me for this lie, and she said she was sorry she had lied, but that she also had no way to compensate me. Stay away from this place, don’t fall into the trap!

The WIFI did not work AT ALL during my stay.

Phòng nhỏ, ga giường không thay nên màu xỉn, khăn tắm cũ dùng nhiều nước tẩy mùi nặng, không có khăn mặt, sàn nhà vệ sinh không sạch

Have stayed at gio Bien 2 before and have not been disappointed; front desk staff friendly but make you wait until 14:00, maid service friendly leaving bottled water on door when 'do not disturb' sign is out, hot showers, laundry service good value and on time, best of all is location, 2 blocks from my khe/my an beach. All appliances work, desk/chair, restaurants, 24/7 convenience stores all about and souvenir shops abundant, would, of course, stay again, the same goes for sister hotel SOCO.

Stepping into a tub for a shower, but a curtain is provided, small stuff.
