modern apartment, clean , good location

wasted 1 hr trying to checkin. once arrived the virtual key was generated only after filling lots of data in a form and then the virtual key code was incorrect. nobody picks up the phone even after 30 mins. another family was also stuck with the same issue.

The location is excellent, and the apartment is modern, well illuminated, very clean and spacious. There is a convenient elevator when needed. The bedding and towels are new and of a high quality and confortable.

We had a problem with the electronic lock that ran out of battery. And, we were unable to get into the apartment late at night. On the positive side, we called the host at that point and they came right away to solve the situation. They were very responsive and they fixed it very quickly.

Excellent host. Beautiful apartment in a good location.

Loved the location. Apartment was nice and clean.

It was noisy. Of course if you want to be in the center of Granada any place will be noisy. The AC froze up or something in the middle of the night and started blowing heat. We shut it off and opened the window but the noise outside made that a bad solution.

The location is great, the apartment is pleasant and bright and had everything we needed.

Super elegant, felt so safe, could not hear a single noise from the street at night even though the street is packed with amazing restaurants. Location was ideal as everything was a 5-10 min walk. Child friendly with a very comfortable cot bed for our toddler and heating/air-conditioning in each room ! Also it was step free access which made our life so much easier with the pram and luggage.

Floor tiles were cold, so highly recommend guests bring fluffy socks in winter. Shower only which made washing our toddler a little tricky but we managed!
