MGM Signature-03-703 Strip View Jacuzzi Studio

The property was perfect for my trip. It comfortably for 4 people. The full kitchen was great and convenient and great for our long stay. The walk over to the mgm casino was long for every time we needed to get somewhere on foot. The restaurant food options, delight cafe, were great too and highly recommended. I didn’t realize there was a Starbucks in the 1st tower until my 2nd day on my way to the casino. For the price, I would stay again. There were plenty of bathroom towels provided even before the “room refresh.”

When I was checking in, staff let me know that “once you check in, housekeeping is no longer helping you and it is up to me to contact the property owner separately.” We were only provided one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 days, inconveniently we had to wait 3 days for more in our “complimentary refresh.” There were 2 extra pillows provided in the closet and a very small twin size blanket for an “extra blanket” while the king bed had all provided comfortably. The coffee table once the sofa bed was pulled out left little to no room to move around comfortably in the room. Paper towels were provided for “kitchen towels” instead of regular towels like the bathroom. The cleaning staff provided came early in the morning while we were asleep without notice, then came back in again while we were in the room with no notice, again and was very pushy.

Breakfast buffet was great at the MGM casino.

The bed in our unit was uncomfortable and too soft.

Front Desk Check In & Out Was Quick & Easy, The Location Was Great, Pool Access Was Convenient, & Overall Cleanliness Upon Arrival Was Nice.

The bed was absolutely awful, it was hard as a rock & was basically a small step up from sleeping on the floor. Also, there wasn’t anywhere to unpack your clothes to put them in drawers aside from the night stand drawers & being able to hang up a few of your clothing items. Also, it would have been nice to have the rooms cleaned & towels, etc. refreshed daily.
