"Can’t fault anything, absolutely perfect experience"

The villa could not be better located. It is in a gated community that includes a small supermarket, restaurants, a hotel, a golf course and plenty of other activities. The villa itself as you can see from the photos is on the beach front so all you can hear is the sound of the waves which is stunning! The villa is large on the inside and has everything you could possibly need. The only point I would make is there are no large supermarkets around so suggest you stock up in Muscat on things for the BBQ if you plan on using it.

This is the first review I’ve written where I can’t fault anything. Everything was just perfect.

"Great for weekend gateway"

Everything was perfect and pristine There were Snacks and coffee Coffee machine as well It has an electric grill which was a plus

The outdoor pool area It wasnt as private as we were expecting The fridge needed more cleaning The fire alarm was malfunctioning which was very annoying
