The location of the apartment was near the beaches and close to shops if needed.

Everyone who stays in this apartment is required to pay a fee of €85 of season or €100 during the season for cleaning. The apartment was not cleaned when we checked in, the bed sheets had stains on them and the towels were old, ripped and smelly, we had to make sure we washed them after each use. The beds were not comfortable, most of the mattresses were old and the pillows were old and full of stains, again we washed our pillow cases. We were asked to take the garbage out but we only had one bin bag for 6 people in the apartment for 4 nights. Also, we only had 4 toilet papers for the full stay and as I mentioned we were 6 people in the apartment. We had no paper towels for the kitchen just an old towel that smelled if we used it. The person who gave us the keys unfortunately was not speaking English or Spanish so the communication was limited and she needed to use her phone to discuss with us. Also, all the time when we had a shower, if the oven was working and we had something else plugged in one of the electrical fuses was turning off because of the voltages that were used. The cocker was cracked, the kettle was sticky and yellow and we only had electrical heat in each room, which again was making the fuss to turn off. I got a message one day before us leaving that the check out will be at 11am, but we had the same person who gave us the keys showing up at 10:30 saying we stayed over our time, because we had to check out at 10am. The apartment looks so much bigger in the pictures than in reality, so please DO NOT BOOK IT if you need lots of space.also, in the pictures the apartment looks much cleaner and neat than what we got. Overall, we tried to make our stay enjoyable but we had to do lots of washing because of the towels and bedding which was not planned. I am attaching some pictures that I took on the first day, but I do have more than 4 pictures taken.

Cargo de limpieza desproporcionado en relación con la duración de la estancia. Un cargo de 85 eur en limpieza y entrega de llaves para estar dos noches es excesivo. Cantidad de gel y champú en baño escasa para 3 personas. Adicionalmente, la vivienda parecía que había estado cerrada una temporada. Alguna cucaracha en baño se dejó ver. El personal que entrega llaves no hablaba español ni inglés y la comunicación no era fácil. Por último extender el checkout una hora en temporada baja y reclamar 15e hora no me parece honesto.

Labai gaila ,kad bookinge nurodyta buto kaina viena .O gerai nepaskaiciius iki galo nusipirkau ir gavau laišką ,kad reikes mokėti už valyma papildomai.Pasirodo pačioje apačioje yra dar parašyta ,kad reikės mokėti papildomai už buto valymą.100e sezono metu ,85e ne sezono. dėl to liūdna išaugo kaina. Kiek esu pirkus visados valymas būna įskaičiuotas.

Que te cobren aparte el uso de llaves y limpieza y ver qué la limpieza no era tampoco algo especial , he usado Booking en otras ocasiones y es la primera vez que me pasa y los utensilios de cocina ( sartes y ollas ) ya que voy con un niño de dos años no pude ni freirle un huevo por qué las sartenes ya no se pueden usar de lo mal que están teniendo que comer y desayunar fuera todo el tiempo ,por no decir que tuvimos que ir a por papel higiénico cosas que me sorprendio por qué eso siempre lo pone el dueño del piso y solo dejaron medio rollo en cada baño

Location, 60 meters from lovely beach ,close by amenities, clean and modern, everything worked well, staff punctual and friendly, amazing value for money!

Was what we expected.
