Had an amazing week at Quoc’s place, Quoc will make you feel super comfortable and listen to your needs. You room was great and breakfast delicious, highly recommend!

The hotel is run by a lovely Vietnamese young family. The people are extremely friendly and will make sure your stay will be excellent. The free facilities (such as the bicycles at your disposal) are a big plus, and the location is great. Breakfast was wonderful. The owner of the hotel reached to me personally by WhatsApp for both confirming the booking and also to remind me of my stay a day upfront. The outreach was very personalised and I really felt very welcome because of it! I was early for check in, but even this was no problem and I even got a room upgrade.

Service is great. Quoc the owner and the rest of the family were very helpful. Great breakfast, excellent price, bedroom very comfortable. Just 20 minute walk from The market, etc. Highly recommended.

The picture of the pool is a bit deceiving. It looked bigger than what it really is. No biggie though

The Villa is quite pleasant place to stay, The Rooms were clean, The breakfasf was sufficient. The owner/manager was very supportive and arranged e.g. transport to Hue.

We booked a 3 bedroom appartment for whole family on booking com but when we arrived late, we were placed in another villa in 2 separate rooms "for one night only", The other day in the morning it appeared that in the right villa there are also 2 separare rooms waiting for us instead of 3 bedroom appartment that we booked via booking com The owner/manager was not able to explain this change. Albo, The villa is approx 20 minutes walk From Old Town.

What an awesome place! The host(Quoc) is so welcoming and hospitable. He is so joyful, it is an inspiration! The place is super clean, the beds are super comfortable (even from a North American perspective) and the breakfast is amazing! It is about 15 minutes from Old Town by foot, and the beach is about 15 on bike, or cheaply accessed by grab. Quoc was an excellent resource for rides to and from the airport, his drivers had nicer vehicles and better rates than Grab! Finally he arranged a great snorkeling tour for us at an incredible orice! Can’t recommend enough!

Everything was great- even the best bed in Vietnam! The bikes are free but the brakes on one or two of them were iffy.

Amazing personalized service, above and beyond.

Nothing to dislike, everything was great and considerably better than the biggest tourist trap hotels in Hoi an.

The location in Hoi An is perfect: you’re within walking distance of the old town and all the main attractions. The hosts were very kind and attentive, and they even walked us to our taxi on the last day. When we discovered that the family suite we had booked was unavailable, they offered us a discount and tried to make us as comfortable as possible.

We chose this hotel because it advertised an 80 m² family suite, but on arrival we learned that this suite doesn’t exist. We were given two smaller rooms instead. During our stay we met other families who had also booked the same suite and found themselves in the same situation. Even though we appreciated the discount, we were disappointed that the room we booked, and the main reason we selected this property, was not available.
