Host was exceptionally helpful and nice. Made sure every small thing was taken care of from laundry to arranging taxi etc. Was a very honest person and definitely receommandable.

Hoi An Thang 1 Villa is a lovely stay just outside the centre of Hoi An if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The staff go the extra mile for you in making sure your stay is great. It is family fun and has a really lovely vibe to it.

Unfortunately there were some parade practices at around 3am which meant it was very difficult to sleep as the soundproofing isn't the best. However we appreciate this was out of the hotels control.

La gentillesse de nos hôtes et Un petit déjeuner à la demande excellent! Les chambres spacieuses. 1,5 km de marche vieille ville. Une petite piscine très agréable vu le climat de Hoi An.

The best thing about the property is Quoc and his family who are helpful but never pushy. They made wonderful home made breakfasts for us and helped us with anything we needed.

Quoc and his family are excellent hosts. Very accommodation and welcoming. 10/10. I would definitely stay there again..

I loved this place! The owners were so helpful planning my trip and were just so lovely and attentive. Breakfast was great, pool was good and I liked how we had bikes that we could use

Quoc mit Familie und Team sind so herzlich und hilfsbereit, wie wir es bisher in unserer 4- wöchigen Vietnamreise noch nicht erlebt haben. Nachdem ich mir schon zuvor den Magen ein wenig verdorben habe, hat mir Quoc mit den richtigen Mitteln geholfen und zum Abschied noch etwas von den Wundermitteln mitgegeben. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Man hat kurze Wege zur Altstadt und Strand. Das Hotel und auch die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber. Da freute man sich immer wieder zum Hotel zurück zu kommen. Das Frühstück war immer super frisch und lecker. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt.

We felt it was too far from the Old Quarter, a good 15/20 minutes walk. Room was ok, but had obviously had a leak in the roof at some point and not repainted walls/ceiling.
