Such a great find! Beautiful, modern and well-furnished apartment in the middle of Perugia. The host was super friendly and responsive, and we had a great stay. Would come again anytime

The apartment was very clean and in a good location (note - Perugia is very hilly). I liked the style of the renovation in the apartment - the 70s bathroom tiles (but replaced furnishings) and the feel of the apartment. The kitchen was very well stocked and easy to use. The bed was comfortable and it was a peaceful sleep in a peaceful neighbourhood. Easy check in.

I did not appreciate the host's attitude. When we checked into the apartment, it was a cold night, and the apartment was rather cold. I texted the host, asking if we could turn on the heating (present in every single apartment we stayed in in Italy in the past two weeks) and get blankets. The host told us where the blankets were but was very snarky with my request, saying I was exaggerating (!?!) and the condominium did not have heating after a certain time. I do not like to get attitude from hosts - and I have no issue if the condominium no longer wants to heat, but this should be communicated in the house description since it was still cold in Perugia when I stayed there The windows are single-pane.

First of all, Ilaria was one of the best hosts I have ever had, she really made our stay to be so nice :) Thank you for all your help! The apartment is very spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Everything is brand new and we loved the bed!
