GBGBGBLovely property in a reasonable location to get to, not far from the centre and close to where we planned to visit on our trip. Well maintained and clean. Plenty of facilities provided to enjoy our stay.
Couldn't fault the property aside from an issue with a door but that was resolved as quick as could be done on the day. Efficience and professionally done.

1. Smelly bedding, both bedrooms, disrupted sleep. 2. Heating mechanism / thermostats need sorting out as unable to reduce temperature. 3. V slow hot water in bath and shower.
AUGBGBGBAbsolutely nothing, we booked this for Leeds festival, and after messaging him the day before to confirm that we were still coming he then proceeded to tell us it was cancelled. Leaving us nowhere to stay less than 24hours before the festival. He tried to blame booking.com which when questioned said our booking was still active. We originally booked this 5 weeks in advance for £134 for two nights but he then stated that the stay was going to be £300 with a £70 cleaning fee on top which nearly tripled the price. When we spoke to him on the phone he was extremely rude to my missus, shouting and swearing at her. Booking.com was zero help either, we asked for alternative accommodation and they refused to help leaving us with no accommodation for Leeds festival less than 24 hours before. Avoid this at all costs and the other properties he has, his business name is elite stays
Being cancelled 24hours before we was due to arrive, right before Leeds festival when hotel prices are very high last minute. The absolute rudeness he disgusting way he spoke to my partner on the phone.
