"Convenient location but old and not properly cleaned"

The location was great. Across from the supermarket.

We had a difficult time to check in. After we had to dig out our parking space from the snow (some advance warning would have been nice), we could not find the code to get into the building. We could not find it in the “welcome document”, so we had to call the emergency line. When we entered, we noticed that there were hairs everywhere and the door knob was broken. At least the customer service was nice, and they sent the cleaning people the next day for fixing.
