Close to the restaurants and bars but not so close you can hear it at night. Outdoor area is decent. Good air con.

The bathroom will be a problem for many people. It is a toilet cubicle with a shower head and tiny sink.

This place was really clean on check in. The bed was comfortable. It is possible to rent a bike from the property. Staff were really nice and even open the gate for you every time you return. Free parking for your bike. Shower water can get nice and warm. Many silly reviews mentioning the shower here but I think they are wrong. The bucket provided makes everything easy. Hanging rack outside the room for wet clothes came in very useful. The aircon is great. Host gave us her information and was super nice to us. The location is good, away from the craziness of the town but not too far that you cannot walk. Loads of restaurants and cafes around. Approx 10 min walk to the shore front and 5 mins to the local supermarket and restaurant area. Next door is a hostel that you can pay 150 pesos to enter their pool if you wish. Many places to rent snorkel equipment nearby and rent go pros too! We enjoyed our stay here

The room is a little small but overall it didn’t bother us. Shower does not have great pressure. We stayed for 4 nights so by the final day we were sharing the room with quite a lot of bugs. It would be useful to leave a brush for sand and bugs outside the room.

The staff is really kind, the room is clean and it's a quick 5min walk to all the bars and restaurants.

So well located, the staff is very friendly, very helpful. It’s very convenient to go to the beaches, to the restaurants, you can rent scooter directly from the place

Really super super dumb guard dog felt like walking on egg shells around. Walls were a little thin, felt like everyone could hear me.

The location is decent, though it's not on the main street where the restaurants are, but still within walking distance. The area is quiet, making it a good option for a peaceful stay. The room is clean, and the bed and pillows are comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. While breakfast isn't included in the room rates, it's reasonably priced at 150-180 pesos. They also provide free Wi-Fi, which is relatively stable. Additionally, there's free water available from a dispenser near the reception, which is convenient. The place feels safe, with a guard on duty ensuring security.

The main issue was the bathroom, as it was quite small, making it a bit uncomfortable to take a bath. Additionally, it can get quite hot inside during noon since the sun hits directly on the bathroom wall. However, after a while, we got used to it, and it became less of a concern.
