ZALovely furniture, quite spacious, was a very nice space away from home
A lot of things made it a bit inconvenient, no hangers, one roll of toilet paper for three people for five days, no change of towels, not a lot of cooking utensils, one black bag, not proper dish soap, no full length mirror in the bedrooms or anywhere, the kitchen just lacked a lot of things that would make cooking a bit easier, empty salt and pepper shakers,
MXlittle touches like the rusks on the bed were nice Beds were very comfortable
There is major construction all around the complex starting at 7am and constant hammering all day long, which we were never advised of. Alot of construction workers around the complex. The fan in the unit had a thick layer of dust. There was 1 toilet roll for 4 guests and only 1 mirror in the whole unit which was in bathroom. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and only a tiny bottle of shower gel for 4 people. There was not 1 hanger in any of the bedrooms. When driving in and out of the complex, you have to get out of the car to access the panel which is on the passenger side which is not safe. Logic dictates that the access panel should be on the driver's side. This place has a lot of potential, however attention to detail would make a huge difference. I also believe guests should be advised that there is major construction going on as it did impact our stay and was extremely noisy throughout our stay.

ZAZAThe rooms were comfortable and very clean.
We were without electricity but we were granted a discount for the inconvenience, which was a decent gesture. Only one mirror (face mirror) in the bathroom --nothing in the bedrooms.

ZAEasy access to the keys and no need to meet with anyone face to face. That was an amazing experience.
There is no dishwasher, Refuse bags are not provided for the dust bin, No access to extra towels while staying you need to make due with what you got on arrival. It can do with long mirrors in the main bedroom. Getting dressed was a challenge for my wife.
