There really are no negatives. Ash is an excellent host, who has every aspect of your stay covered. Information prior to arrival was clear and concise. The apartment is immaculate, beautifully furnished and is in an excellent location. You will find yourself in a quiet, peaceful location but the busy, wonderfully historic streets of York are literally on your doorstep. Parking is easy and you have peace of mind that your vehicle is safe, while you are busy exploring. Would recommend 100% and will definately return in the future.

The host was super helpful and informative - thank you. The apartment was clean, well situated in between the train station and the centre. Very comfortable living area - very modern and stylish - we loved it and hope to re-book. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well designed.

Es war eine sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Alles sehr komfortabel vom Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage über den Fahrstuhl bis zur sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Wegbeschreibung, die Wohnung ist per Auto nicht ganz einfach zu erreichen, war erstklassig von der Vermieterin ausgearbeitet. Mit einer pdf-Datei und einem eigenen YouTube-Video. Wirklich super.

Beautifully presented accommodation with lots of little extras included e.g. tea, coffee and is in a great location for the city centre. The free, included parking space is a real bonus.

Beautiful and very well equipped apartment. Ideally situated for the train station and centre of town. Very comprehensive guest information provided by Ashley both before and at the apartment.

Liked everything, although it would of been nice if a small bottle of milk was left in the fridge, or even UHT milk in the cupboard to have a drink on arrival. The fan in the twin bedroom was very loud so couldn’t leave it on. Otherwise everything was absolutely great

The apartment was spotless clean, had everything and more you could want or need for a stay. The location was excellent, only a couple of minutes' walk to reach everything. Will definitely be booking again for any future stays in York.
