Lovely space, great kitchen and handy having breakfast included (even though it was very simple). Really good price and the tv over the bed was a nice touch.

The plates etc needed a wash before using. The windows could never be properly open or the blinds up as you are directly in front of another apartment. The road up was very very mucky and gravel based.

Nice peaceful location in lovely Kilkenny. Good facilities, kitchen, shower. Bring your own food though, as there was no teabags and very little food in the fridge. Shampoo, shower gels, clean towels all provided. We would definitely recommend this location, peaceful escape, near a lot of historical sites, hiking trails and natural beauty. Good value for money.

The place is very beautiful & the property was ultra clean than i expected. The property also have everything which is essential for a stay. I would surely recommend to those who are looking for a stay over with excellent ambience & clean place..

A bright but cosy little studio. Very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. It was really nice that there was milk, tea and coffee and breakfast provided.

Beautiful studio in the heart of the countryside. Super well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. It was an added bonus meeting the dogs and the roosters.

The studio was perfect for our 1 night stay but I would recommend it if you’re looking for more nights. Very clean and well equipped with access to a washing machine and dryer which was very helpful for us. Instructions for getting to the property were easy, Google Maps or sat nav send you directly there once you put in the EIR code. It was not a problem for us, after having driven in Ireland for 2 weeks by this point, but the property is on a narrow road that’s a bit out of the way , and used by a nearby farm. We had to stop for cows crossing the road to go for milking 😂 It did mean the accommodation is lovely and quiet. Only about 10 min down the road to Piltown and a lovely pub. Takeaway food shop across the road from the pub or BYO food to the accommodation.
