No hubo nada que no me gustara
DEWe had an awful experience with our booking, although the apartment itself and its location was good at the first glance. Our bad experience was due to the following reason: 1) Warm water was cut off halfway through a short shower. 2) At night, when the restaurants downstairs are cooking, the whole apartment smelled like cooked onions for hours. 3) Horrible experience with the parking!!! We paid in advance €20 for reserving the parking. After we managed to go through the narrow streets and the narrow parking, we just saw that there is no more parking available! Although we had a reservation! After complaining, they told us to go to another parking slots, they were also full! Wasted two hours of our day! After complaining again, they said very ignorantly that they will reimburse our parking and guess what, they never did!! NEVER USE THEIR PARKING!!! What was the worst from the experience, was their ignorant behavior towards us and not being helpful at all! They sounded like we should be thanksful that they are even responding to us!! One hour before arriving I told them that I am coming and nobody cared to check and keep my parking reservation.
