Family FUN! 3 bedroom- Bournemouth Gem - Near Bournemouth Beach & Town

Perfect for what we wanted for our stay. Comfortable rooms, great access to everywhere we wanted to go. I also appreciated the clear communication from the hosts who were very supportive and proactive throughout.

The place was very clean, good for large groups of people. I stayed with friends and we had fun. The beds were very comfortable.

Only downside was that there was only one bathroom, so if you're staying with a lot of people there can be quite a jam when everyone wants to shower/get ready.

Location good

The property is in a very good location and close to local cafes, bars, shops. It was very clean, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped.

It was so spacious and beautiful, it was perfect for my family, really clean and perfect location. 1 min walk to Tesco and 26 mins walk to Bournemouth pier and 20 min walk to Alum Chime Beach.. Facilities was so lovely, it felt so homely.

The windows can do with a little treatment of the moulds, the WiFi was not good enough to connect to our devices, and we couldn't operate the stove in the kitchen. The mirror in the kids' bedroom was wrongly positioned right behind the door with a coat hanger, and my kids broke the mirror while opening the door to their room, making me lose my 250-pound deposit 😔.

Property was great. Clean and all necessities present. Location was perfect, 15 minutes walk from the beach.

Nothing

Property was clean & spacious, plenty big enough for 4 adults & 6 children (2 families) kids loved having a huge sleepover together. Little extras like tea & sugar in the pot & a couple of toilet rolls made for a welcome surprise. Could have done with some extra pans & utensils to cook with & storage for food is lacking but it’s manageable for a short stay & certainly not a complaint. We would definitely book again!

Old style windows meant noise from surrounding properties was unavoidable- there was a party until 4am on our first night - we couldn’t work out if this was from the complex we stayed in or buildings surrounding. The windows being so old also meant a draft, some visible signs of damp surrounding them/on ceilings all be it small & a considerable amount of condensation on the windows/cills every morning - the bathroom and kitchen have been replaced with double glazing, hopefully it’s a work in progress as the rest are to be replaced too.
