The room was funky

I enjoy staying at my place hotels. They’re very comfortable.

The smell it was like a musty mildew throughout the entire room

Location

This place 2 years ago was so clean. Now it has gone down hill. The tub took 20 minutes to drain and had a crack on the outside . Plus the smell. The ceiling has holes in it as you walked in.

No breakfast or pool. But they are next to a lot of food places.

Front desk staff very helpful

Misleading advertised as "fully equipped kitchen." It has appliances and NOTHING else. No cups, plates, spoons ,silverware, pots, etc. Had to ask for plates and was given 2 paper plates, and 2 sets of plastic knife and fork. In the morning we had cereal to eat (they sell on site) and when asking for spoons, I was offered forks! Asked again and was offered one plastic spoon and had to ask for a second. In the first room we were sent to, we opened the door and saw underwear on the floor and an unmade bed, plus the bathroom was dirty. When reported to front desk, was asked to go with desk clerk to show them as they had been told it was cleaned. Not sure they believed me until they saw it for themselves. Second room was set up, and looked clean. Front desk staff were apologetic and embarrassed once the situation was seen.
