All the beds/couches/dining room chairs worn-out it’s dreadful and absolutely uncomfortable for 5 nights Really needs replacement urgently can’t ask that price for that quality ~ we moved from the main bedroom to the two single beds. Somehow missed the WiFi password? Crockery and cutlery- mix-match isn’t great - rather give good quality stuff. Upgrade a bit. Deducting funds from my credit card after I said pay at property, unaligned rules between booking.com and Langebaan Holiday Homes and making copies of my credit card yet there is a receipt?

No value for money. Very small. Only one very cramped shower. Toilet did not work on moving, the fridge and freezer were completely frozen over and there were cobwebs under pieces of furniture. The veranda furniture was filthy. These were attended to once reported. Very uncomfortable couch and cables all over the place. Veranda unusable after midday due absence of blinds. The entire apartment needs an overhaul. I get far more value for money at Mayfair Luxury Apartments in Century City Cape Town for the same price.

The estate has many amenities to keep the family entertained on days when you’re not going to the beach

No dishwashing machine and they don’t change linen until you leave. Which was a problem for us given we were there for 7 days. Also you only get 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom for the duration of your stay.
