Lancaster Views, Luxury 2022 home with Hot Tub

Being able to sit out 2 toilets Coffee machine Hot tub not located on a gravel walk way as so many are Seating by the hot tub

Not a dislike but we Ran out of loo roll so would have appreciated another roll

Fresh and clean , everything we needed was there

Lovely location in a quiet spot. Caravan was clean inside and beds made up. The decking could do with a jet was as a little algae but hard to maintain at this time of the year. Lovely addition having the coffee pod machine with biscuits on arrival. Hand towels, washing up liquid and cleaner available. I would come again definitely. Emma was available via message and was very helpful.

Everything

The style of the caravan, lovely kitchen & nice shower. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Little extras provided, DVD’s, games, Prosecco & chocolates were a nice touch.

It was quite far out so we had to drive each time we went to the use the restaurant’s & facilities. We also did find the bed & sofas not very comfortable.

we paid for early check-in. Emma kept us updated regularly, and once the van was cleaned, we could go in. The van was lovely and warm when we arrived as it was a very cold day. Lovely and clean, and the little extras went a long way.. The hot tub was amazing. I will definitely book to go back again

The caravan was cosy, the living room was lovely. Hot tub good. Location good for getting to Lincoln. Lovely birthday balloon left for my son which was a thoughtful touch. Nice and warm and clean too. Easy to find. Host very informative too.

The oven took a long time to cook a pizza, this just may be because we aren’t used to a gas oven. Also there were quite a few hair on the underside of the duvet cover, it had been washed but lots of hairs seemed to be stuck to it. Finally, there was a caravan close by that were shouting and swearing with loud music on til gone midnight both nights we were there. Obviously not the hosts fault though.
