Modern & comfy 1 bedroom near seafront PCAL1-2

La ubicación era perfecta,hay sitio para aparcar el coche en la calle sin problema. Todo muy nuevo y un problema que tuvimos lo solucionaron al momento. Cuando acaben la obra y haya ascensor ya sería la top.

Pillamos unos días en los que estaban haciendo obras en los pisos que aún no estaban acabados,pero dentro de los horarios normales.Sin problema para descansar.

L’emplacement est parfait ! Un supermarché à proximité. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux et moderne. Échanges réguliers et réactifs.

C’est bruyant la nuit: biensur ce n’est pas de la faute du propriétaire mais cela dérange. C’est dommage de ne pas avoir une passoire pour les pâtes: vu le prix de la location à la semaine, cela m’a beaucoup surpris.

Tout était pratique d’utilisation

Les rideaux dans le salon étaient presque transparents donc compliqué pour s’endormir

The owner responded to messages extremely quickly and was always ready to help,great communication. The location is perfect; the beach was excellent, children enjoyed it as much as we adults,

The sofa-bed in the living room is not the most comfortable, but we survived

Perfect location, spacious rooms, and responsive stuff.

Too few and poor-quality dishes; not all pans are suitable for the induction stove, a loose toilet seat, and other details that cause inconvenience. It took more than 2 weeks and double reminder to get back security deposit.

The apartment is a lovely size, good location, supermarket close by and the beachfront and bars all close by. Kitchen had all you needed and a washing machine on balcony also.

There were building works going on outside on either side and they started drilling some mornings at 7.30am, this is not the owners fault but didn't make for a relaxing morning! There was a fusty/damp smell in the main bedroom but we got used to it in the end.
