"Great flat in a central place but sadly noisy"

We really loved the flat, which was beautiful and clean. Great attention to details and finish. It is positioned at the heart of the city centre with a lot of near-by attractions and food places options.

Unfortunately, 1.As a place next to main road we expected it to be soundproof. It was very noisy especially at night and we couldn't sleep. 2. In our last day we didn't have any hot water in the shower. It was freezing cold. A suggestion, As the bathroom is downstairs it would be good to have the wardrobe or something to store clothes in downstairs. It would be more practical. I like to unpack but couldn't as it would have meant going upstairs every time.
