Realmente no fue buena la estadía la lavadora no servía y tenía paños sucios dentro el lavamanos de un baño no baja bien el aire no enfriaba y para entrar era un problema con la parte de seguridad ya que en el momento nos nos habían dado el código QR

We couldn't get in gate no one was there, couldn't get in the hostel wasn't ready,house was not clean it had bugs and smelled of urine, was given 2 different codes to finally get in. After a 14hr. drive. Finally got us into another place hours later, trash bin at other house was full and had maggots in it, trash only got picked up once because we called. There was lots of trash all over the neighborhood and we had to take our trash every day up to the dumpster.

Having a key code meant did not have to share a single key. Spacious accommodation with plenty of TV's. Easy access to Disney and Universal. Towels, bed linen provided and washing machine

Received a key code via Booking.com, however, it did not work so had to phone host to get a working code. Couple of days before booking received an email stating there was a daily charge of $35 a day for heating the pool and $70 to use the propane for the BBQ, this was not included in the listing. Host requested email addresses for all occupants so they could receive a QR code to get onto the complex, the QR code was only sent to one person. 5th April (3 days into stay) Internet failed, we had to use UK data to access Internet and TV's used Internet so limited channels. After 2 days of messages, did enquire if this was typical, was assured not usual. 9th April Internet was restored. Frustratingly host stated responsibility of Internet provider and showed little empathy for our situation. 10th April Aircon failed. it was repaired and failed again on 13th. Requested Host made some gesture to acknowledge the disruption failed Internet and Aircon had made to our holiday, they replied "out of our control" for Internet and we sent engineer for Aircon problems. 17th April left.
