"Una estafa. Vamos a denunciar."

Es una estafa, el apartamento no tenia luz, ni toallas, ni sabanas. No tiene aire acondicionado y en plena ola de calor con temperaturas en el exterior de 36C no se podía estar. Hasta mi hijo pequeño se puso a llorar. Como solución nos ofrecían un ventilador y volver a limpiar. Eso no era lo que ofertaban. Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento y ni booking ni el dueño del apartamento nos hacen la devolucion. Invito a todos los estafados igual que yo que lo denuncien a una organizacion de consumidores. Booking es un aliado de estas estafas que permite anuncios falsos.

L'appartement est spacieux et propre

L'une des chambres est disposé au bruit extérieur. Ça sent l'odeur de la moisissure qu'il faudra essayer d'éliminer

"Bad experience in madrid"

Near plaza de sol

Totally unprofessional .not recommended. Avoid it. We were trying to find them for two hours. They never replied to any emails and messages or phone calls. We contacted with Booking,they emailed them and they didn't even reply to Booking.they appeared after two hours and we thought that everything was ok but the next day Booking sent us an email that our reservation was canceled because the host never responded to their email. So we had to leave the next day and find another place to stay.the room is not as it appears, dark and with no view. Worst experience.

"El horror de Madrid."

Ubicación

Todo un desastre... de principio a fin. 1. Nos han entregado las llaves una hora y media más tarde. 2. El apartamento no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. 3. No hay una triste silla ni mesa donde comer, tuvimos que poner la mesilla de la habitación para poder comer. 4. NO HAY TOALLAS, mensaje del anfitrión: Estamos esperando que Lavanderia llegue para que nos traiga toallas y más tarde llevarles. Eso fue a las 17:07 del día 2 y hoy día 3 a las 8:46 no hay toallas por lo tanto no podemos ducharnos. 5. Hay una tv que está para decorar, porqué no funciona el mando ni tiene antena. 6. No hay el menaje suficiente para 4 personas. 7. Mantenimiento nulo e inexistente. 8.El anfitrión no ha dado la cara. Una estafa para el dineral que hemos pagado por el apartamento.
