Great hosts, very easy-going, always available and helpful. There was even fresh filtered water, milk and cold drinks left in the fridge. The apartment is well equipped, tastefully furnished and very clean. Convenient location, easy way to reach the city center. The property is a 15-20 minutes walk to the main attractions. There is also a bus stop less than 5 minutes away on foot. A grocery store and a bakery just across the street.

L'appart est trop bien, beau, grand, propre, bien équipé et il est facile d'accéder au centre ville à pied. Les hôtes sont incroyables aussi, très disponibles et gentils. Je me suis sentie chez moi. Merci encore Irene et Salvo :)

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war von Anfang an herzlich und unkompliziert – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, und zusätzlich gab es liebevolle Aufmerksamkeiten für die Gäste. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief absolut reibungslos. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den liebevoll gestalteten Welcome Guide mit einem Rundgang und tollen Tipps – er hat uns die Orientierung sehr erleichtert. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal: Wir konnten alles im Zentrum Catanias bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Quiero agradecer a Fabio por su hospitalidad y amabilidad durante mi viaje. Viajé sola, pero en todo momento Fabio estuvo pendiente de que me sintiera como en casa, recomendándome además los mejores lugares para visitar en Catania. Si vais a Catania, no podéis perderos Casa Fabio.

Loved the comfort and the conveniences of tbe apartment. It had all the mod-cons. Salvo, the owner, left milk and cold drinks in the fridge for me. The owners were very kind and friendly

Wish there was a better view from the balcony. I like light and sunshine and found it dark with the outside canopy down, so I pulled it up for most of my stay.

That was far way the best accommodation i had in my sicliy travel. Irene and Salvo really cared for every little detail in this perfect appartement. Super comfortable bed, a great furnished appartement with a wondeful bathroom and balcony. I was absolutely impressed by the hospitality and kindness of this hosts! Mille Grazie!

Salvo was outstanding! From the moment I booked to the moment I left he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was incredible. I had asked about buying water on a Sunday and all of the stores were closed so without me asking he delivered me water shortly after. The property itself is a short walk to the main attractions. It is extremely clean and so comfortable it makes you feel at home. There is a grocery store and bakery just past the parking lot. I can’t say enough good things about staying here and the hospitality from Salvo. Rating: 1 million stars out of 10

Modern refurbished and well decorated apartment with all facilities incl washmachine. It’s only about 20 minutes walking from the historic center of Catania.There is a supermarket nearby as well. Parking is possible in the street or a private parking nearby. Salvo and his wife are great hosts,and they will be happy to help you with a lot of information over Catania and lot of advice over restaurants and everything. Conclusion: a great place to stay if you are planning to visit Catania,worth for your money and super clean
