ESUbicación inmejorable en pleno centro, con las mejores vistas de la ciudad. Ático muy espacioso con mucha luz, la terraza sin duda lo mejor. La atención por parte del personal fue maravillosa, muy atentos.
No tiene ascensor, por lo que hay que subir bastantes escaleras, pero merece la pena.

USThe location it’s excellent and it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Everything is excellent about it. The staff, how clean it is, the location, and price in comparison with other places it is competitive.
The place was excellent. Nothing to complain about.
USThe apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious for two people! The roof terrace was fantastic— views of sunset, sunrise, full moon and cathedral and mountain in all the various lights. The upstairs bedroom opening to terrace was one of the best accommodations that I have enjoyed throughout my travels. Beds and linens great!Showers were great. Kitchen was good. We appreciated that there were coffee pods and some paper napkins there. The clothes washer was easy to use and came in handy. Glad there was some detergent there so we didn’t have to run out and buy more than we needed. Noise from street was not unpleasant and with windows closed you hear nothing. Cafes line the street and great location.
Stairs. We somehow missed the fact of it being, essentially, a 5 story walk-up. With another short flight of stairs to upstairs bedroom. We got over it, mostly, as the view and spaciousness compensated. Also it could use some more comfortable seating in living area. There was something off about the couch where cushions kept slipping off. While the upstairs bedroom is physically separated, it is not completely private, it is open like a loft so that loud conversation noise easily flows between the levels

Wash hand basins outside the bathrooms was a little odd.

ESLa ubicación es en el centro de Jaén y se esta muy bien. El piso es nuevo y esta impecable, la terraza del ático es preciosa.
Estuvimos en el ático y es una 4ª planta sin ascensor.
