102 Waterfront sea view

The pool being on the roof. The balcony was a nice feature. It was comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The lounge was spacious. There was outlets that accomodated all types of plugs.

There were cockroaches in the kitchen, rooms and bathroom. The aircons didnt work in the rooms and there werent any fans.

Prime location, secure parking, the facilities, definitely coming back.

Bathroom cabinet is water damaged, still functional but not esthetically pleasing. Main bed is abit squeeky. No shower in the main bedroom.

I really loved the location and the building felt very safe. I love the fact that I didn't have drive to see an ocean and places like ushaka marine world and other restaurants.

Main bedroom had no key and our privacy was compromised because the bathroom in the main bedroom had no door and it was facing the passage to all rooms which means when we open bedroom door kids passing to their rooms could see me in the toilet or bathroom. And despite the fact that the apartment was good but it wasn't properly cleaned... we had to clean bathtub before use. And I hated the room service cos they wait and see when you leave the room and they enter but not clean... you'll only notice a little change or towel replacement or switch off of plugs or lights which raised a concern or our private belongings.
