Posizione ottimale per raggiungere a piedi il centro. Piccolo appartamento con tutte le comodità necessarie per brevi soggiorni. Disponibilità del proprietario.

Pulizia non ottimale (ragnatele sparse). Difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio. Tenda nella doccia che non trattiene l'acqua.

Appartamento bellissimo in un contesto storico ristrutturato benissimo. Posizione ottima vicino al centro zona tranquillissima. Parcheggio comodo nelle vicinanze.Arredamento curato e molto bello, tutto pulitissimo, presenti tutto quello che può servire. Titolare gentilissimo, disponibile, premuroso. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Da tornare.

Ottima la posizione per visitare a piedi i principali punti di interesse della città; abbiamo parcheggiato facilmente nelle vicinanze dell’abitazione per tutta la nostra permanenza. La casa è ristrutturata, letto comodo e arredo nuovo.

La doccia è veramente piccola. Pulizia era generalmente buona ma non eccellente!

Great location in a beautiful town.

Needs instructions written in English The linen storage totally blocks the access to the washing machine. The heating is inadequate and the floors are freezing. Contrary to the owner’s instructions we ran the heaters 24/7 and we were still cold and this was early November.

"Nice and quite appartement on a great location"

The accommodation was clean and the location was really nice. A big supermarket (open 24/7) was nearby. Stefano was a kind host.

There is square where you can easily park, but the streets in that part of L'Aquila were really narrow and it is sometimes very hard to manoeuvre. I ended up parking the car at the supermarket closely.

Clean, newly renovated apartment with all essential equipment, including washing machine. Great communication from the host

Didn’t realize there was no air conditioning when I booked. The apartment was quite cool inside though if you kept shutters closed during the day.
