Breakfast at club house was great for setting you up for the day especially the 2 for 1 deal

Nothing it was just right for a short break or week away by the sea

The caravan was really clean and had everything needed.

Gas fire doesn't work. Sofas a really in need of replacing. Next to club house so very loud on a Saturday night.

The location is perfect. Caravan was clean

Beds too small and uncomfortable. Sofas very uncomfortable. Couldn't watch Netflix

Dirty,uncomfortable sofa,smelt wet dog, full dirty hoover,mold around windows and skirting board and shower hose, hairs in the sink, dirty rug,broken dining chairs,

Location was good. Kitchen lovely and well equipped. Bedrooms okay

Settee so old and uncomfortable. Mat very dirty. Some pants had been left in bedroom which Parkdean staff removed. Marks on the walls from black chairs.

Only thing it had going for it was that it was clean. Ie No dust or dirt inside the van It was really poor. I cant write anymore without lying

On entry the caravan stunk of dogs and possible smoke We used bleach and toilet cleaner, bought scented candles to improve the smells Carpet in lounge needs a good clean! Fridge was either just cold or frozen, no door shelves for milk etc No light in the fridge 2 pedal bins provided were both broken. Cooker was difficult to use as no markings for heat adjustment Couldnt use grill as there was a note saying it needed repair No extractor, just a hole. Oil heater provided made crackling noises as though it could catch fire at any time No remote for DVD player. Location of caravan was adjacent to bins. View was terrible Noise from entertainment went on to at least 11pm Ducks on site woke us up around 6am every morning Double bed mattress was disgusting Pillow and quilts were also disgusting Just glad we took our own quilts, pillows and bedding or we would have turned around and come straight back home Sofas were very uncomfortable and dirty Ancient gas fire No carbon monoxide sensor Shower had mould around the seals Single toilet needs repairing as it doesnt stop running after flushing Both toilet seats were damaged and missing seating lugs Not sure this van would pass a habitation inspection. As it was a private booking we had no one to complain to!!!!!

The location of the caravan was great just around the corner from the main entertainment and a 10 minute walk into Hunstanton

Very dated Hadn’t been cleaned properly lots of things broken Chair on seat broken need new sofas as you are basically sitting on wood fridge needs replacing as doesn’t keep things cold grill doesn’t work on the oven light switch in main bedroom is best loose and toilet needs a new system as downer flush properly

The caravan was lovely, nice homely feel.

The grill wasn't working and had to speak with the staff on site which they responded quickly unfortunately the grill needed a part so was unable to use. Also hot water was intermittent. The sofas are well used and quite uncomfortable but other than that great caravan.
