Luxury 2 BR Condo with Private Jacuzzi & BBQ - At Cruz con Mar - Maricruz

Las instalaciones del departamento son muy bonitas, la alberca en el roo top maravillosa, en el departamento se tiene un jacuzzi en muy buenas condiciones.

Que no hubo quien me recibiera en mi llegada, batallamos para abrir la puerta, ya que las instrucciones para abrir la misma no estaban muy claras, te piden un deposito en garantía, esto me generaba demasiada angustia ya que fui con mi bebe de casi 2 años y temía que rompiera o dañara algo y el departamento tiene decoraciones muy bonitas pero delicadas, como lo dije anteriormente no hubo quien nos recibiera en la llegada, sin embargo en la entrega llegaron demasiadas personas a revisar el lugar y nos sentimos muy incómodos.

Great location. Two blocks away from 5a Avenida. Quiet and comfortable with front desk receptionists 24 hours. Parking included! Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful rooftop pool. Peaceful and cozy.

I liked everything about the property!

Excellent location. Close to the fun without the noise. Beautiful rooftop pool and fun little bar. Comfortable seating in living room and deck. Beautiful view from deck. Really nice staff. Easy and safe parking. Hot water and good water pressure. Everything needed to make meals at home. Big TVs and WiFi worked great.

Washer stopped working and it took several hours to contact anyone at the emergency line. We reached out for help at 7:49pm and no one responded until 10:19pm saying it would be several hours. We had to be ready for a tour in the early morning and all our clothes were in the washer full of water. I literally had to wash them by hand in the jacuzzi. Then we couldn’t get the jacuzzi to drain. It was very stressful and unfortunate. I also did not like having to hand over $500 in cash as a deposit. Apparently that is not unusual there, but in a country full of scams, it was stressful wondering if we were going to get it back in full. Fortunately it was not a problem though.
