The host provided all the information we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay. The house was clean; the backyard awesome. We enjoyed the hot tub and the firepit.

Home was very comfortable. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

A very welcoming feeling. Kitchen and bedrooms well stocked. Very helpful staff.

Only issue we had was with the bbque pit not working properly. Someone had put charcoal instead of pellets. Property staff was very helpful and had it working the next evening.

The house was beautiful and the backyard was entertaining. They guys played with the ring under the patio and rest of us relaxed listening to music.

Hurricane Beryl had shut down some of Rockport. Not good.

It was clean and cozy with space to hang out together as a family inside and out. Also, the host was great about answering any questions we had.

This is the perfect property for a family with dogs! We loved everything about this property. Host has thought of so many things including recipes, ingredients and tools to make s’mores in a fire pit outside. Great yard with furniture and a HOT TUB. Comfortable beds, toiletries, hairdryers. Fantastic location within walking distance to water, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

The owner went above and beyond with the special touches. This was by far the cleanest place I have stayed. 100 percent will go back if I’m ever in the area.
