Entire 4-Bed House & Parking, Steps from ICC & Utilita Arena Birmingham & Broad Street

The location is right by the ICC, so lots of places to eat nearby. Having one free parking space was good. The house was comfortable for one night, bedding was clean and the bedrooms were a decent size. The host came to set up the cot for us, which was appreciated.

The house was a bit tired in places - there was a plug socket hanging out of the wall. Some of the kitchen cupboards were full of old plug sockets and could be cleared out. There was a used bottle of mouthwash in the bathroom, which is a bit disconcerting. The garden would benefit from a table and chairs and removing the shed that was full of junk. OK for the price.

Convenient for Icc & town centre

There should be a chain lock on door leading into kitchen. Need more sockets in bedrooms. Dressing table but no socket by mirror to blow dry hair. Could do with a freshening up.

Amazing location for a couple of nights in Birmingham. Everything is within walking distance. Easy to find the house and good communication.

Sounds silly, but an upstairs bin would be really great!

It was advertised as being steps away from New St Station. It was a 25 minute walk & we had an elderly person with us. Had to catch a taxi. Also it was very cramped The lounge room was so small . We felt claustrophobic. It was also a bit shabby.

Central location for all attractions, very clean perfect for 1 or 2 nights stay in Birmingham. Nice touch of tea, coffee and milk available with biscuits on the table:-) Would definitely stay again. Great communication from the host.

The property was in an excellent location in the centre of Birmingham. There was a parking space right next to the property too. It was a walkable distance to the centre but we chose to get a taxi.

For a larger group the property might have been too small. It was perfect for our group of 3.
