Entire 4-Bed House & Parking, Steps from ICC & Utilita Arena Birmingham & Broad Street

Excellent location for the conference centre and centrally placed for lovely eating, drinking, city centre shopping options. The road the house was on seemed more edgy than the nearby upmarket areas. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with 3 double bedrooms and a single. The 2 bathrooms were both upstairs and a bit basic but water pressure was excellent and plenty of hot water meant showers were a pleasure. Kitchen was simple and functional and there was a big dining table as well as a nice lounge. Parking was possible for 1 car but the other car had to be parked in a multi-story car park (around £15-20/24h). On the whole, we thought we had received pretty good value for money.

The property had everything you needed for a good stay. The private and secure parking was really good, we were right in the centre but I didn’t have to rush trying to look for a parking space or anything it was so easy to get parked up. The bedrooms were a lovely size, each had a good amount of space, the two small bathrooms were a nice touch. the double door lock made me feel extra safe and secure.

There is only one car parking space which unfortunately can not be changed and isn’t the property’s fault, they are lucky to have parking with it being right in the centre.

Location is amazing right at the center, and the bonus of one dedicated free car parking with private car parks available in 3-4 mins walk. The house was very clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 families - 4 adults and 3 kids. The room sizes are very good. and also the fact that there are 2 bathrooms is great.

The bed in the single room is a lil bit wobbly. Just to note, that 1 bedroom is on the ground floor with a partition wall between drawing room (with tv), and the 2 bathrooms are upstairs. The tv and if people are chatting in the drawing room is all very audible in the bottom bedroom - if somebody is trying to sleep while others are watching tv. It was not a problem for us - but just to note.

Lovely house, in a great location and perfect for families or a group of friends. It was very clean and spacious and we were given plenty of useful information before checking in. Great value for money and I would happily stay here again.

Clean and tidy house in a good central location. Worked well for a group of friends and very helpful to have two shower rooms.

Bathrooms were average, one with a hole in the floor and the other with bodge job re grouting. But otherwise perfectly fine Also FYI I wouldn't recommend that car park you recommend. We had our car broken into
