Corner Unit in the middle of it all - 99 Walkscore

This unit was within walking distance to anything you may need while staying here. The host answered my question or concerns right away.

I didn't like that I was communicating between 3 different people. I requested a early check in and was confirmed through booking.com but was not confirmed by host and found this out the day I got there. Booking also has it listed as a 3 bedroom but it was only a 2 bedroom and a pull out couch in living room.

Location was good for us. Everything was clean & tidy and overall a comfortable stay.

It was a first time for apartment living for us so not sure what is normal. There was a lot of information required at the time of booking and another stream of information a day or two before arrival. Lots of rules & procedures & potential significant fines for any breaches, many of which could be accidental. Only streaming TV available (no channels) & the 1st I knew of this was the day before we arrived. The fire alarm went off in our room a couple of times for no apparent reason? Again, we were new to apartment style accommodation so have to assume the information required & rules are the norm, but for us it'll be a hotel next time. (Book & arrive -easy)

the unit was not bad but for the price was super low key leaks in shower and sinks small unit no room around the bed to walk with out stubbing toes parking was tight but do able watch the gate likes to close fast

Lots of homeless people are around the area. Avoid if you are arriving late, as the check-in was not easy

Area: Belltown is littered with homeless people and druggies. Not walkable especially after sunset Check-in: not convenient at all as there is no reception. They had a “greeter” that will give you access. If you fail to call the greeter 24hrs in advance and you go inside the property that you paid for, you will pay a fine The unit: old and dated. Relatively clean. However, the master bedroom is facing the alley and if you happen to stay there during garbage day, you will be woken up by the garbage truck and the stench of landfill. Also, sewage smell comes out of the bathroom sink. Checkout: you have to leave the garage remote in the unit but you need it to leave the property. So make sure you have another person to run back to the unit to drop off the remote after you leave. Otherwise you will be fined $250.

Great condo in the middle of everything. Loved the location. Appreciate responsiveness from owner to texts with questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend.

Truly right in the middle of everything. We walked to Pioneer square, Pikes market, Climate Pledge Arena, and the space needle. Great property - good size for 3 people. Some extra rules for the building - but our greeter and the materials we received ahead helped us navigate.

Loved this spot ! Everything was near by walking distance perfect place to stay at ! Thank you once again !
