We found keys left by either last customer or clean team, and took to the reception, and manager was too busy to talk to us and the grumpy reception sent us away, with the keys. The following day we tried with another lady and she was excellent The rubbish and recycling, a place to put card plastic, and general would be good, the bin system was not good, just my opinion
GBThe lodge was perfect, spacious ,clean and very well equipped with everything you may need. The decking was large and had table and chairs, and loungers were in a cupboard within the lodge. Perfect base for exploring Eask Neuk.
The lodge was perfect, the only downside would be if you were looking for a bit of atmosphere at the bar/restaurant. It was very quiet with no staff about. However that was not an issue for us as we weren’t there to use park facilities.
GBVery well equipped, beautifully clean. A wonderfully modern and well presented accommodation. Located only a ten minute drive from St.Andrews town centre. The site does have other facilities however I didn't use them but overall very pleased.

The smell in both the toilets. One unusable near the small room. Was absolutely disgusting.
