The staff was nice

Basement, so loud and dirty. Its hot but you cant open the window, because there is not netz. The moskiito will enter. One room has no light. They don't repair during our 1 week.

The bed was made up but the linens were crumpled, obviously not ironed we don’t feel comfortable to lay down and with only 2 small pillows in each bed lots of black ants in the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms. oven was not cleaned lots of food particles so we didn’t use it and they asked us to empty the bins but no bin bags provided the steps going down and the front door had black/brown vomit and it wasn’t cleaned so we have to make sure not to step on it and not hold the vomit on the door.

Price is good relative to competitors in Oslo.

1. Location is not particularly great. Definition of “luxurious area” by host is open to wide interpretation. In GPS, it might look close to the nearest bus stop, but imagine dragging several suitcases for a family trip along a thick snow. And the taxi from the city center isn’t cheap at all. 2. Mattresses and pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. Definitely needs replacement. 3. Central heating system was unreliable, we’ve had to rely on the extra portable heaters provided. Otherwise, we’d have had to sleep with coats on.

Quiet street near transit stations with a wonderful coffee shop one street over.

The location was great. We were in a very quiet and easy to reach residential area that suited my family perfectly. The host included lots of cleaning and cooking supplies, so it was very easy to cook, use the laundry, and bathroom facilities. The apartment was clearly recently renovated. TV was easy to use and we were able to use our Netflix account.

The host did not give clear instructions for opening the door. Instead of telling us to pull the door in and then use the key, he told us to push the door. It was a very stressefull few minutes after a long drive before we realized the mistake. Once we realized we needed to pull the door in towards us, the door was easy to unlock. Also, the host did not know that the second key was for the garage next door where the garbage containers were stored. He said it was just an extra mystery key. Also, the lights in one of the two bedrooms did not work. In that same bedroom, one of the dresser drawers was full of cables.

Good location close to the bus .

No Microwave oven,Towels did not smell well, Linen was all crumpled looked like used , Pillows need replacement,Front door lock needs to be fixed , Toilet floor towel and kitchen roll needs to be provided. Washing machine has no dryer .
