Good size for our family of 5 (with 3 boys). The pool was nice & relaxing.

Good location in relation to shops and parks.

The air con broke on day 4, meaning that we had nights at 85 degree plus. The villa kept advising they would fix it, but never, and I had to book hotels for 2 following nights. Eventually, on the 4th day of no air con, I booked another property for the remaining holiday. After I let them know that I was checking out, they fixed it and advised me I could return. Obviously I had paid for and moved to this hotel. The villa management have apologised profusely but are refusing any sort of refunds as it's "not their policy". We spent so much time trying to fix the problem, booking alternative accomodation, driving there, packing, unpacking. These guys shouldn't be on this platform, the lack of accountability is astounding. I've got a timeline of messages and texts from property along with thermostat readings which are time stamped, which show that at the time of leaving it was not fixed and yet we are the only ones penalised.

The main complex swimming pool and area. Only 5 minutes from a large Aldi store and good location for Kissimmee and the Disney Parks.

The code to get into the front door was incorrectly described which cause great angst on arrival. The house caters for 8 people yet there was only 1 wine glass, no eggcups, no can opener which was a real pain. A very small 2 egg omelette frypan and an extremely small oven dish. All making food prep etc quite difficult. There are signs in every bathroom stating the toilets must not be clogged up yet 2 of the bathroom sinks were clogged and the water took absolutely ages to drain for the entire stay. I was not happy receiving an email the day before leaving telling me to put the towels in the washing machine and to start the washing off. Also load the dishwasher and leave it running. (No washing powder or enough dish washer tabs had been left to do this). Finding the recycling bins was a complete no no. We ended up putting it all in the normal trash. I asked for 3 days for the entry QR code to enable us past security at the main gate and this arrived on the 4th day which caused daily problems. Unable to spend any length of time day at the pool at the house due to only having 2 sunbeds available. Could have done with some floats etc for the children. The carpets were absolutely filthy.

Location is perfect, supermarkets and restaurants are close by as well as attractions. Pictures of the home are accurate, the home was clean, beds are comfy, outdoor grill was a plus. All in all, our stay was a great one and I am very pleased. Welcome crew at the gate was very friendly and willing to help.

The community pool didn't have a place to eat or have drinks.

The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioning, the lowest it can go is 72, however when ever we tried to lower it to at least 70 the manager of the house would bring it all the way up to 75
