Outside very run down but flat nice inside, basic but nice

No breakfast. Location ok Nice new clean carpets. Nice bedding

A toaster was needed. A can opener would have been handy. The light did not work in lounge. Coffee table leg broken. ( right off, so just balancing) No dining table and chairs to sit up. The place could have been cleaner. The garden we overlooked could of been cleared of rubbish and made nicer. It would have been nice to have a mattress protector and then a sheet on mattress. For hygiene reasons.

I didn't like the atmosphere at all, it's is an old building that needs to be renovated, and the neighbours smoking weed that smell all inside the rooms and if you are going with kids is bad example and environment. The windows are very old and you can't open them, the bed is uncomfortable.

The bed was comfortable and we all had a fun time in Torquay

Dirty flat. The neighbors constantly smoked weed. The location was a bit scary at night time.
