Great location and very quiet. Nice view of Lake Toya. Very friendly and helpful host.

Strong smell from toilet wasn’t great but is a minor complaint.

"Lovely house with great view!"

Well equipped, clean and has a great sunrise view over Lake Toya! We loved waking earlier to eat breakfast while watching the sunrise before taking a 30 mins drive to Rusutsu resort for ski/snowboarding. The owner was really friendly and came down just to deliver missing supplies! Parking available on property.

Location is rather far off from other things so it is really only accessible if you drive. Otherwise great place!

"Wonderful place to enjoy nature!"

Wonderful cottage at an amazing location! If you like nature, silence, art and friendly local people, we recommend this side of lake Toya. If you prefer entertainment (for kids), shopping and luxury, you have to be at the other side of the lake. We loved to cook in the well equipped kitchen with fresh vegetables from the farm nearby and products from the lovely farmers matket in the village. We really felt at home in this beautiful little house, and would love to come back here!

Cottage is fully equipped for family to stay in. All kitchen utensils, bathroom products heater provided for all necessary basics. Windy and cooling throughout.

Toilet is simple, not usual Japanese bidet style.
